Week 4 Overview
Week 4 is all about progression!
By this time, some of the exercises might start to feel less challenging. So it is time to UPGRADE some of those exercises to a slightly more difficult version.
However, if you still find the basic versions challenging, feel free to stick with them for now.
Progress is NEVER about chasing after the "cool" or "novel" exercises, but its about laying down a good foundation for sustainable, longterm growth.
So keep it consistent, keep it slow. And let's go far.
