Week 1 Overview - Creating Your Routine

Choose these options to create a warmup routine that fits into your time constraints:

Breathwork: 

15 Breaths - About 1 min 30 secs

30 Breaths - About 3 minutes

Active "Wakeup" Release:

30 sec interval - 12 minutes

20 sec interval - 8 minutes

15 sec interval - 6 minutes


Mobility work: 

4 exercises - 8 minutes

3 exercises - 6 minutes

2 exercises - 4 minutes

1 exercise - 2 minutes

Pick and choose the combination that fits into your time constraints. Do not over commit. It is better to do a little bit every day vs not doing at all
